Rooms: **SORRY WE ARE FULLY BOOKED FOR 2010 BRITISH OPEN** We have 2 twin en-suite bedrooms. Both rooms have a digital LCD tv, tea/coffee making facilities,alarm clock and hairdryer.

Facilities: en-suite shower-rooms with natural/organic and 100% chemical free complimentary toiletries.

Description
We are a family run bed and breakfast with newly converted accommodation and facilities situated in a quiet residential area in the beautiful town of St Andrews. Only a 2 min walk takes you to the Botanic Gardens, a 5-10 min walk takes you into centre of town and a 15 min walk takes you to the beach or, for any golfers, to the 1st tee of the Old Course.
